I am using this '3GSIM in my tablet PC. My main use is only fog Internet. When there is some main balance I may make or receive normal calls. The regular calls are to BSNL numbers only. (Calls and text messages). Since 28/08/2012 till now I could not obtain my GPRS. I made many calls and requests by text messages. My efforts were in vain. The recent information was received only after recharge for 3G data use.
On 28/08/2012 my main balance was 16.91 Rs. The data balance was more than 9000KB. However on 29/08/2012 my main balance was 1Paisa. I did not call or receive any rotine numbers. The calls and messages were all confined to BSNL numbers.
I could not obtain data balance. I presume it was zero before deductions were made from the main balance till the main balance reached one paisa.
May i please request comment on this occurrence and request BSNL
to arrange data balances on each Internet closure/termination and disconnection. Thank you!
